Cut off day: Please place your order by 11AM on Sunday.
Your bread is then baked and dispatched on Monday.
Orders placed AFTER the cut off time will be dispatched the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number via email once your bread is on it's way.

Purebread’s long fermentation process naturally helps each loaf stay fresh for longer, but they’re still best eaten fresh. The enemy of bread is humidity and heat, so keeping your loaf cool and away from moisture increases its shelf life.

Ideally keep your loaves in a cool dark place and consume within 4-5 days and after that it makes tasty toast. You can put them in the fridge (sealed) and the bread will last for 2 weeks. Or freeze on the day of arrival and use as required for toasting.
